Folds
Bi-fold (2 panels, one fold), roll-fold tri-fold (3 panels, the inner panel folds in) and Z-fold tri-fold (concertina).
Open sizes
A5, A4, A3, 148 × 420 mm, 210 × 210 mm, 444 × 210 mm, 630 × 210 mm and 630 × 297 mm. The folded size is the open size divided by the number of panels (for example, an A4 tri-fold folds to 100 × 210 mm).
Papers
Classic gloss or semi-matt coated in 90, 130, 170, 250, 300 and 350 g, plus 90 g offset. Weights of 250 g and above are delivered creased and folded.

Tips for preparing your file
- Download the template for your fold and size: it shows the bleed, trim, safe area and the exact position of the folds.
- Work in the open size (outside and inside as two pages), with 1 mm of bleed on each side.
- On a roll-fold tri-fold, the panel that folds in is about 3 mm narrower: use the template measurements.
- Keep text and logos 3 mm away from the folds and trim.
- PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with fonts embedded or outlined. Papers of 250 g or more are creased before folding so the ink doesn't crack.
